Just a couple of months after Super Real Mahjong PV, SRM PVI arrives to the Japanese eShop and even if it’s quite barebone, it has a couple of new features, like a gallery and a mini game and of course a new cast of girls to play with.

Super Real Mahjong games are kind of like strip poker games, but with mahjong instead of poker, as you keep winning your adversary will undress until be mostly nude, but these scenes has been censored with some light beams covering the girls for the Switch version.
