First few minutes of Castlevania Order of Ecclesia (Switch)

Just after the Nintendo Direct of today, a new Castlevania collection got released with the 3 Nintendo DS games plus the first arcade game and a enhaced version of this one.

The 3 DS games are great, but Order of Ecclesia is just supreme, the best Castlevania if you ask me. So here you have the few first minutes until the first stage is cleared.

Video of Final Bubble Bobble (Nintendo Switch)

Final Bubble Bobble just got released in the Japanese eShop, this is the Master System version of Bubble Bobble. While it’s the game we all love (unlike the Game Boy one, which is a whole new game), this version of Bubble Bobble is probably the most “special’ one, with new levels, bosses and items not found in the arcade or any other version.

Ranma 1/2 is back!

A new anime series of Ranma 1/2 (also known as the best anime series and manga ever, IMO) was confirmed just after the new anime of Urusei Yatsura ended, but that was about it, a confirmation and a date, July 17th, and here we are!.

In today’s presentation we learned a few things, first, the first episode will be broadcasted in Japanese TVs in October 5th and a bit later streamed through Netflix (in Japan, no information for any streaming service in other countries that I’m aware). Second, most of the voice actor and actress are back! (Both Ranma, the Tendo sisters, Ryoga and Shampoo). And finally, that with the little bit that has been shown up in the first trailers, it looks stunning!.

There is still a lot that we don’t know about (like the number of episodes), but so far it looks really promising! 💞.

Urusei Yatsura (2022) has come to an end

After 2 years and 46 episodes, sadly, the remake of Urusei Yatsura has come to an end. The original anime (between series, ovas and movies) had over 200 episodes, so the remake is quite a bit shorter but actually covers from the first page to the last one of the manga, by compacting, mixing different stories… and of course by cutting most of the content! 😅

With wonderful characters design, great animation, perfectly matched voices and a lot of love put into the project, Urusei Yatsura (2022) has been a fantastic experience for me.

I can’t help but thanks David Productions, Rumiko Takahashi and every person related to the project for giving me once again the chance of enjoying with the crazy adventures of Lum, Ataru and company.

Taking a look to the 16 and 8 bits versions of Lorna

Somehow i got the Amiga version of Lorna, so i decided to check it out alongside the 8 bits versions. This is not a look to the games themselves but to the boxes, manual, etc.

Lorna was released for a bunch of systems but at the end of the day there were 2 types of packaging, 8 and 16 bits, so let’s check them out.
